    CPU - AMD ATHLON II X4 645 3.1GHZ
    GPU - RADEON HD 5670 1GB
    RAM - 8 GB DDR3
    OS - WIN7 64 BIT

Have turned render qual to .85, view distance to 700 with slight improvement. Lowest settings, 20-40 fps in warp gate, 5-20 in combat.

    NVidia GTX 250
  3. Wallonthefloor

    GTX670 EVGA Ftw Factory overclocked
    AM3 AMD Phenom 2 955 quad core 3.2Ghz
    8GB OCZ DDR2
    Intel SSD

Turned model quality to medium, flora quality to medium, shadow quality to medium and particles to medium from low framerates (10-30 fps in high combat areas) boosting it somewhat, game still looks great though.
  4. Norbit1226

    Windows 7 64bit
    GeForce GTX 550 Ti
    Intel Core 2 Quad Q6600 @ 2.40GHz
    6GB DDR2

    High: 30
    Low: 10-15

FPS exactly the same regardless of graphical settings.

hmmm nice rigs, but 'poor performance' is relative. My system is rather pewpy it seems, but the game plays 'ok' for me considering:
    A) I don't play as a grunt
    B) I try not to go inside buildings lol

...which leaves me with nothing to do but rack up kills in a tank :)

  6. xD4rkFire

I feel like I should be getting more performance than what I'm getting now... everything is in my sig
  7. Glizp

    Windows 8 64bit
    AMD Phenom II x6 1090t @ 3.8Ghz
    4GB RAM DDR3 @ 1600Mhz
HD 6950 2GB (840 Mhz core clock, 1325 Mhz memory clock)

    I'm using the AMD 12.10 (non-beta) drivers.

No modifications to the UserOptions.ini file, everything in medium except Texture Quality in high (It does not make a hit in performance the slightest, 2GB of video memory is enough to handle the games textures). Render quality 100%, no AO, no Motion Blur, no VSync.

    Currently getting:
    50-40 FPS in Warpgate
    25-20 in large battles
  8. dwaightskihd

minimum fps on maxed is 45 FPS.

Whenever i get into big big big battle gpu usage drops to 55% -> 45FPS. ( sometimes ).
  9. Vercetti

On low, mid, high, 720 or 1080, almost never get above 30, or below 20. Graphic settings don't see to matter.

    i7 920
    12 GB ram
    120 GB ssd
    2x HD5850 in Crossfire
    Windows 7 ultimate.
  10. Oblivions

Everything set to High apart from shadows (Low) changing these settings makes 0 difference to minimum frame rate in large fights
    Warpgate: 60fps
    Small fight:30-60fps
    Med-Large fight: 20-30fps
CPU: AMD Phantom II x4 965
    GPU: ATI HD 6870 1024MB
    RAM: 8GB G.Skill Ripjaws DDR3
    OS: Windows 7 Home Premium (64Bit) / Windows 8 Pro WMC (64Bit)
  11. Shuggeh

Everything is set to high and I am constantly CPU bound no matter where I am.

Warpgate I hit up to 120 FPS and during large fights it can get as low as 35 FPS.

    i5 - 2500k @ 4.7 GHz
    Geforce 670

Both my CPU and GPU are only ever at 50% load when playing Planetside. In other games they are maxed out and I get fantastic FPS.
  12. Vodkabeast

    30-60 fps warp gate.

    15-20 large battles.
  13. Orion ji

'running it' and playing it well is a choice left up to the marketing dept. My pc runs it just fine(just not in large fights and on low tweaked settings) and it's almost 8 years old.
  14. Golgo13

    Core 2 duo 6400 @ 3.0ghz
    4gb ram
    Gtx 560 Ti 2gb Vram

    Med-low settings

    30-40 FPS warpgate
    15-20 FPS large fights
Also constant stuttering for 1-2 seconds
  15. deckr0m

    i7@4.2
    12GB RAM
    2 x 580 SLI
    SSD

    310.61 drivers

    15-25 zerg rush
90-120 just walking around, low population

    Boo this game
  16. McFly

i dont understand how someone with your system could get that kind of **** FPS. Could you check if your system had a defected part?
  17. McFly

In those large fights. Is your CPU or GPU that's bottlenecking?
  18. McFly

alright cool please, notify me about the the 5Ghz results plz. Thx a million
  19. McFly

before you start to rage, think about how you would go about programming something at this scale and try to do mutithreading. Get a CS degree and then open your mouth
  20. Cyridius

    Getting 20-60 FPS

40-60 at WG depending on how many are there
30-50 flying around depending on bugs
40ish in small battles(20-30 depending on bugs)
    20-30 in large battles

    Average would be roughly 35-40.

    Specs in signature.

All gfx on minimum - bar Textures which are on High, I might turn them to low and see what's what, but I heard they don't tax FPS at all.
