I should also state that he was refering to what Tour was saying, as it wont help you in healing, it might help with dps, but it still does nothing to help with interventions heal portion, note it can help with contraventions heal portion, but that is risky, and I don't load contraventions on raids, only in groups. I used to use the highest contravention in a hotkey that was something like: /assist mob /cast X (contravention) /tar xtarY <xtar set to hott> /cast Z (ward) But I found click on the mob then the hott was faster.
btw i know it does nothing for the heal part, thats not why i use it. I use it because why else do we have those aa if they are just sitting there but we're still casting those spells? theres no reason NOT to use those aa if you're using those spells. Channeling will double the heal part single the nuke part. And it might just be a total misunderstanding of both sides, but telling me its not helping or useless, i find it very useful.

Should have also posted, when you cast intervention on another character with ITC running, it does as Karhar saw, when you cast on yourself, it does not, interesting behavior, and a good thing I guess, if you cast the wrong spell as it does nuke you (but for less dmg and rarely succeeds).
Roxxanna - are you using gamparse or figuring this out yourself? Asking only cause the newest (newer) versions of gamparse provide us with a different format and the full name descriptions etc. (It's just 1 click, then paste into notepad, then into here just about.)
My forums account us on an ipad, so I just manually transfer it over. Call it lazy, OCD, unwilling to change, or just can't figure it out. But it is taken from gameparse. I dread making changes in/pushing buttons in these add ons, the last time I did, Gina added over 500 sound alerts to my EQ , and EQ was completely unplayable till I figured it out. The lag was so bad that our raid was finished with Neriak 2, already looted and was headed to next target while on my screen, the prince still had 50% health and I was still trying to heal people.

Heavy Renewal use there because you were joining a raid so couldn't be confident the healee's wouldn't make Interventions bad?
It's just the standard lineup I use when guesting. I don't use interventions, especially in unknown territory and unfamiliar guild. One thing I've learned from guesting as much as I do, is that I'm under the microscope. You know the sad part is, doesn't matter if I underperform, or blow every other healer away, it's the same result.....the hazards of guesting.

Hehe, I did have to heal harder than usual there. I was paired with one of our social member clerics who isn't really up to speed on full raid cleric techniques. He does a decent job generally but that event I did have to push myself a lot further to help balance out and cover so we didn't have too many tank drops. (I believe just on High Keeper Jahar, which was our mob, I did over 400 healing casts to his 110 or so.)
and then when the event was complete you showed him, so if it repeated now that cleric would be > 250/300ish at least?
Alas no. That's not the way we work. However I did notice he didn't use graceful remedy or spiritual remedy so talked to him about adding both of those into his lineup. It seems like he was listening at least.
