Technically c-hc-ram-wt is precision based, it can be a chain combo, plus with the precision neck mod you may be looking at some serious damage in alerts (over 9 hits easily, +179prec for 6secs); however nothing has yet surpassed FFF in damage.
You mean the new economy combo then there is a difference of around 1-1.5 seconds that hurts damage significantly. You cannot use the precision neck because sustaining 9 hits kills your dps indefinitely without clipping.

WD can contribute a lot more than 30k, by your difference in the raid Damage Out but then it is completely circumstance what those numbers actually mean. I cannot see the current WD being sustained, one could argue it's recharge is unfavourable but it does a decent amount of damage and it is only a movement skill. The two variations are as OMAAR has clarified: C-HC/Ram-WT is a lot faster than C-HC-Ram-WT but the latter is far more economical for two reasons: the saving of 250power and the extra 1-1.5s on the routine. At T4 levels, that routine is sustainable by PoT alone, which is why I suggest to bring the DPS up a bit on the economical routine one could make every second sequence clippable. So Eco/Clip/Eco/Clip sequencing if the group is power hungry. C-HC-Ram-WT/C-HC/Ram-WT/C-HC-Ram-WT/etc. Bishop
Thanks for your earlier answers, Omaar. I have two more questions: 1. I thought Snap Trap didn't stack with itself. Am I wrong on this? I was a bit surprised when I saw SSS. 2. I thought it might be worth mentioning the Snap Trap>Fan>Claw>Hold Claw>Ram infinite combo, since I use it when soloing or really low on power (a duo or an alert with no controller).
Single target my bother. The is no chance to accurately test multiple targets as I cannot gauge multi-target numbers.
Hi Bishop, like I said economy will be looked deep in this guide. What I have noticed in other guides is too much information. I don't want to go this route that's why I put the latest update first thing in the guide. WD is awesome but I'm not in favor of using something that EVERY noob wants to get nerfed.
Hey Joy, 1. St dot's do not stack. With SSS it only registers power ST's dots ( the weak ones ) 2. Problem is WhipThrash is THE most important construct, and not using it would be a shame.
Don't mistake me, I am in agreement with you, I was merely elaborating on the power usage for RamesVIIX and the bonuses between the two loadouts. I think what you are proposing for the guide is perfect. In terms of WD, I don't want to detract from discussing HL itself and your guide but I just feel it isn't going to stay the way it is and not worth the respec. Lol, I didn't mean to come that way. Meant economy is definitely being planned here I will compare RSF to the Eco-clip and see how it compares before advising for it. But it definitely seems like a contender with the LOWEST power usage. S low in faction gives you a chance to pop WD too! Regarding WD it's awesome but too many people whining, Ijustdnt want people getting too attached to it my brother.
ok ive never heard this but someome here has to truthify this lol (i know now a word) but 2 hl dps in a raid does there fans override or not? i hardly use mine but just a question.
They shouldn't but the pull from the fan could muck about the trash if the HL aren't near each other. Seen some tanks get annoyed about that. However I am sure if you clip it as quickly as possible, the ranged weapon should stop the pull by the trash interaction with the weapon hit. Bishop
i dont pull anything but the low lvls i have no dom lol. i was just asking seeings how the other dps was saying he was losing cause i was overriding him. but like i told him i hardly use it.
Don't think so. There is no Hardlight " PI "( except for crush, which don't use or benefit in dps form )
as these guys exampled, i have everything except my prime helm. i also did something a little different then most, the legs on T4 says it gives power to abilities(might) be that i am straight Prec based, i put a prec 4 in my legs, i still do crazy damage minus that 2% to might. some like it some hate it. it was my way of doing things a little different
Hi Omaar. Thank you. 1. I don't understand why anyone would use SSS then. Wouldn't it do less damage and cost more power? 2a) So, would you recommend not using an infinite combo at all, then? All the Whipthrash ones use Chainsaw, and I can't get that without sacrificing dps powers. 2b) Something just occurred to me. Do you clip the first or second chain on Whipthrash?
