    PS3: Loadingscreen -> Disconnect Screen -> freeze

    And for that u was taking the servers over 4 hours offline ????

    Slow load and name change times on USPC, but managed to get a number of mine from the mergers off Public Enemies, etc reverted to their names without the _PE tags and the like. Still have 4-5 that don't want to work. Based on how long it took to process some of the requests the system may just be responding with erroneous default replies due to traffic volume. Maybe try again a bit later for some, especially if not likely high-demand names?
