Launchpad Won't Launch Game

Bet if it was TC issue, like higher drop rate of rare item, they would've fixed it immediately, or 90% instead of 60-80 on eps... but launchpad... to hell with launchpad, sheeps will log when they can. I really regret coming back to this game, even spytles era was better.(and we all hated him back in 2012)

Will be reward or compensations for the time i cant play? will they extend the memebership? Will they give marks because i cant do the event or missions?!?

compensation: "we know players were unable to log in and we wanted to make a small gift to our LOYAL playerbase and we're here to announce brand new TIME CAPSULES"

the disconnected issues started when they combined ps and pc on the same server...
separate them again issue resolved or i believe they will just keep
this up until there is no one left to try login

They need a special server, just for opening Time Capsules.
I mean buying Stabilizers.

you would think with the millions they bring in on this game
they could afford a server that works.. honestly servers don't
cost that much unclench that fist holding that money and buy a new one

Keeps asking me for my username and password again, then when it loads and I hit play I get an error, if it gets past that and the game goes to load, I get the big disconnected splash screen like when you go afk for a few too long. Unreal. The entire weekend....

its real strange... we pay for the game but get service like an f2p Browser game.

and Now it ask for Username and PW but says :

There was an error completing your request. Please try again.

I been trying for 1 1/2 hours and about 2 hrs yesterday. How about some restitution for something I pay to be there! I'm gonna have to spend time with the family for god's sake!!!

I really was expecting it to be fine today...Shame on me.

Dear developers, I've got an idea that WILL fix all game related problems

SHUT DOWN THIS GAME

Some information would be really appreciated. Someone can take a minute to give us some info as to what the problem is and what there doing to fix it. Maybe its another ddos attack.

when it does let me in to do a vault i switch toons to do another vault
disconnects me for another hour or more with same error....
normally it takes me 30 minutes to do vault on all my toons...
yesterday it took 14 and a half hours.. todays pace is going at double that rate
