Launchpad Won't Launch Game

Still big problems on the PC with major lag being the worst, it would be nice if you could address this, thanks.

This is my issue. In places where there is a high volume of players, it's major lag.

I have been quiet for a while now about this issue. I am on the USPC and most of the time I launch the game it crashes back to desktop after I hit play. On the few occasions where it actually goes on to Character select, I select the character I want and hit play, the game starts and I can see my character at it's last location but no UI and after several seconds it crashes me out to the dissconnect screen with the error code 0x0009. Then it all back to the first problem again. I have actually gotten to play maybe 4 or 5 times out of the past 3 months. Please do something to fix this.
