    I did troubleshoot it and ordered new cooling paste, but I have to call HP to find out which specific screwdriver I need to remove the screws on the casing; I had bought two new toolsets and neither has the right tool.

    @TechWarrior0329, I wasn't expecting you to fix my woes, I was trying to make light of my problems as I commented on how I was doing.

    Majority of cases it's the paste. But do be careful when applying it, here is a video on the Do's and Dont's:



    Skip to 2m:10s for the correct way to apply so you don't mess up your computer.
