Hello and welcome to another one of my rewards guides. In this guide I will be covering the rewards featured in DCUO Episode 29: Riddled with Crime.

Batman has gone missing and all hell has broken loose in Gotham. Displeased with The Joker's actions in the early part of the DCUO storyline, The Riddler sought revenge for the hit that was placed on him. After successfully taking over The Joker's Amusement Mile, a turf war between the Riddler's faction and allies and The Joker's faction and allies has broken out.

With Batman out of the picture, things are getting out of control and it's up to Batwoman to help put a stop to chaos.

But whilst contending with the turf war, Talia al Ghul and the League of Assassins are using the distraction to implement plans that involve respected zoologist Dr. Kirk Langstrom and his research on the bat.

Omnipotence Gear and Collections

In Episode 29, there will be 2 special collections to complete once you have unlocked the feat for wearing 8 pieces of Vendor Gear. The names of these 2 collections are "Jokes Versus Riddles" and "Riddleman This, Riddleman That".

The "Jokes Versus Riddles" collection rewards the Insidious Power Glove of Omnipotence. This item will carry powerful stats. This item is classified as Elite gear and will count towards triggering your Elite bonuses.

The "Riddleman This, Riddleman That" collection rewards the Stained Riddler Goon Shirt style. This items has no stats whatsoever and is purely a vanity item.

Collections for these items will only start dropping once the "Quantifiable Street Cred" feat has been unlocked. To unlock this feat, you must wear multiple pieces of gear that grant a total of 8 degrees of Insidious. The Riddler gear has 1 degree of Insidious attached to each piece. Wearing all 8 at the same time will unlock the feat.

From then, you will will have a small chance to receive Omnipotent collections from various loot situations. Below is a list of collections and known locations.

Other Styles and Rewards

Form: Man-Bat

This is a special trinket that is available as a random, rare drop in the Gotham City Zoo raid. It transforms your character into Kirk Langstrom's Man-Bat character, as he appears in the Rise of the Bat 4-player Operation.

The trinket is Integrated when Equipped meaning you can trade it with other players or buy/sell it on the Broker.

Equiping this will unlock the Echoloco feat, 2 stars and worth 25 Feat Points. Equipping this and the Man-Bat backup trinket, will unlock the Man-Bat Manager feat, a 3 star, 50 point feat.

Gotham Gang War Graffiti Pack

The Gotham Gang War Graffiti Pack is a special box containing graffiti featured on walls in Amusement Mile's Gang War open world area. This box is granted to players who complete the Gang War Rumours Briefing found in the open world.

Upon opening the Gang War Graffiti Box, you are given the option to choose the Team Riddles or Team Jokes graffiti box. After making your choice, you are granted 4x Graffiti Spray base items themed around the faction you chose.

Each box contains 4 different Graffiti Base Items - 2 of them are tags for each of the factions and then the other 2 are the same 2 tags, overlaying the rival faction's 2 tags.

Additional tags can be purchased off the Episode vendor for Marked Bills.

Gotham Time Capsules

Whilst not directly associated with the Riddled with Crime episode, The Gotham Time Capsule was released shortly after Riddled with Crime was launched on the live servers. It contains several items which are linked to the episode, but also other, unrelated items, too.

Batman Beyond inspired

"Beyond High-Tech" Gear

This set is the Gotham Time Capsule's scaling gear. It features a highly request style inspired by Terry McGinnis' take on Batman in the Batman Beyond TV show.

The gear scales to a maximum item level of 180, which is 1 level short of the maximum item level of the Purple gear in Riddled with Crime.

Each piece of gear contains an Insidious Insight. Equipping 8 pieces of gear which have Insidious Insights attached to them, simultaneously, will unlock the Quantifiable Street Cred feat, which grants players with an opportunity at receiving Omnipotent collections in Episode 29 content.

Collecting all 8 of these emblems will unlock the 3 star, 50 Point "Big Batties" feat.
As with other Time Capsule Emblems, each emblem cache comes with the emblem itself and an R&D plan to craft the Enhanced versions. Each enhanced emblem costs:

• 15 Simple Materials
• 10 Complex Materials
• 5 Beyond Motes.

Beyond Motes are found in the Gotham Time Capsule. Collecting all 8 enhanced emblems will unlock the 0 point, 0 star "Great Big Batties" feat, which grants the title "The Nerfarious [...]".

Box of Thugs

The Box of Thugs item is a rare item found when opening Gotham Time Capsules. Upon opening the Box of Thugs item, players are given the option of choosing a Riddler Goons Back-Up Trinket or Joker Goons Back-Up Trinket.

The trinket is essentially a skin for the lair systems Back-Up Trinket and the strength of the back up depends on what level you've unlocked on your lair's mainframe.

Yeah, I've reported this as a bug. There are actually 2 #4s in the game, right now, so hopefully it'll be fixed before the episode goes live. I decided to leave the mistake in the guide, just in case it doesn't get fixed, so that anyone who uses this guide knows not to specifically look for a #2. But I'll correct it and advertise the correction if they do get around to sorting it

This 202 for max IL, is this for the green gear only or all the dropped gear? Great work on this thread btw I know u said u are awaiting confirmation for the blood bat style for purple gear. Mepps did state this was the style on the Q&A after the stream iirc.
