Why Does the Harrasser Need a Gunner?

Those are all great weapons but the vulcan is straight up OP against vehicles due to its ttk, this is offset on the prowler due to the tank's overall ability (or lack of) to get into close enough range successfully to use it. The vulcan absolutely shines when you can get in close for a few seconds and unload and run off safely and due to the delay on the saron for example, quick hit and runs really aren't that great for a slow to fire bolt action cannon.

That said I would absolutely love to have my own version of the vulcan but then that's not really asymmetry and the saron does its job well enough on the magrider. As I said, simply wait for the faction attack buggies where your speed, armour, size, abilities, will be well balanced with your faction weapons and prevent discrepancy between the three factions.

If you can't slap an Enforcer on the top, then what's the point? It's just a Flash that carries a MAX?
