The glowing seems like a pretty huge downside that's being way downplayed. Not only does it make you a bright neon sign that says you're doing more damage, but you'll also take more damage, hence it will attract the fire of probably everyone lol. 2 Upsides 1) More Damage 2) More Speed 2 Downsides 1) Reduced defenses 2) Turns you into a glowing sign that you have reduced defenses If you the upsides get nerfed down or removed then honestly you should remove or nerf the downsides. Personally being stationary is a much lesser penalty in a lot of ways than being turned into a "shoot me" sign.
