    If ranger's could explode, while killing the enemy at the same time, i would be content like that. Like Ranger's counterpart of Assassin's Killing Blow or Inquisitor's Verdict!

    This is maybe true but only in this expansion with new prestige ability that gives good extra amount of health... Brawlers didn't have more health than other tanks earlier... (+-5% for different tanks don't count)

    Seriously. This thread starts about month ago. First message was about lack of scout weapons. It is so hard to draw 2-3 6sec daggers and put it in drop tables? Ha?

    Missing mitigation values though I suppose mitigation doesn't really matter towards the end of the expansion raid content because if you get hit you're dead ...

    /sarcasm incoming ... Thanks for the 5% base increase on my crappy CAs, I mean that will really improve my parse and increase my chances of survival ...

    I hope these 2 changes will have the intended effect... give more options for the raid weapons and make then better then the Rare named Heroic Weapons.
