You do realize that this is on daybreaks end? They even admitted that. It's happening to all their games. We just need to be patient. It's on and off right now, you just seem to have unlucky login patterns.
if you sent in a Support Ticket, you are NOT speaking to Daybreak DEVs, you are speaking with some unrelated company, probably in India or China, called ZenDesk; they only reply with canned answers,.. kinda like a parrot.
