Lockjaw rotation shattered by Faceless - Full FFA time begins?

Faceless didn't break the rotation first so let's stop deflecting on them. There were many guilds on rotation at the meeting and a majority vote was taken. The vote wouldn't have changed even if MM was there. If Dima was all for the health of the sever like he claimed he wouldn't have attacked another guilds mob with two other guild for several hours. If his issue was with faceless he would have battled it out when it was Faceless's mobs and left everyone else alone.

Croak are you even level 50 yet? Not sure why you chime in other than to troll the thread since you're not a raider.

The majority of the sever wants to keep a rotation and at the meeting compromise has to be made and usually is. If Dima wants to act like he isn't the bad guy here cool, but for the health of the sever as he always says keeping a rotation intact is best and the majority voted on the changes. You didn't get what you want sorry, move on. Faceless didn't get their 1-1 FFA and you don't see them acting like this. Faceless is continuing to work with the server to keep it healthy. If there was no rotation at all no guilds including MM would get kills.

The Free Masons voted yes when Effeeti was changed and we voted yes last night the meeting and we want to see a healthy server but working as a collective group of leaders on Lockjaw, so far one guild only <Modest Man> has chosen not to.

You had a giant dump taken on you for about two years buddy. The only thing that ever saved you was your relationship with sony and your ability to continuously absorb new guilds after you ran the next batch through the woodchipper. You abused an asinine and broken CS system to prop yourselves up. I didn't care one way or the other what happened to you on LJ before you said this, but now I am excited to see a result.

You can't claim a vote when Faceless made it a point to admit there was no vote and that is how it was. Second if you really are so sure about the vote then why hasn't the guilds invited MM and MP to a meeting and held a proper vote and meeting/discussion. Leaving a guild, especially one that is heavily effected by the decision, out of a meeting and not holding discussion is unacceptable and you know it. There is a large amount of bad faith involved here and a complete lack of communication from any guilds involved to MM and MP of the events in a timely matter is ridiculous. Faceless instigated the entire situation and the guilds allowed it to happen and in fact allowed themselves to be used as a part of it.

Almar, Darth put FO back on the rotation a few hours after that exchange. Likely after he cooled down because of "emotions". Seriously you need to quit as you are not very good at making arguments.

Trying to demean me doesn't change your culpability in breaking the rotation by taking votes (if there really were votes) at an improperly scheduled meeting.
Those "votes" under duress and at an improperly scheduled meeting are meaningless under the old rotation

The only way that you could have got away with it might have been to dissolve the old rotation, and make a new one excluding those not present. Then the old rules might not apply.

But dissolving an old rotation in itself would still have to be at a correctly scheduled meeting...

Please prove that the rotation guilds represent the majority of the server

If that meeting was "all in good faith" the other rotation guilds present would have gained huge compromises from Faceless in exchange for Efreeti going FFA, such as removing themselves from other mobs.

Dude what the is that post. Though they clearly sit around stating that again they'll do whatever they want and oh hey dupre do this thing for me. Why does it continue to get worse the more text of him talking is posted. As Midnight Phyre's representative at the meeting called last night (which was not called according to rotation rules, I might add), I was the dissenting vote.

As has been covered multiple times on these forums, the meeting that was called that allegedly made Efreeti an FFA mob was not called per rotation rules. Neither Modest Man nor Midnight Phyre, both voting members of the rotation, were not informed of the meeting until after the fact. Initially, both guilds were told that the result of that meeting was that "the rotation continues." Both guilds found out earlier this week -- nearly one full week after the meeting in question -- that there was a change to Efreeti. That change to Efreeti could not be made at a meeting that was not called according to rotation rules.

I cannot support penalties to MM without there being, at minimum, similar penalties applied to Faceless Insanity (see below). Modest Man's right to mediation was essentially stripped, and Peace of Formosa Ex, who should have had first right to mediation with Modest Man to request recompense for their Innoruuk, has yet to be involved directly. I also cannot support penalties that were voted on at a meeting that was not called according to the rotation's rules.

Guys... I have a great solution. Just bide your time and keep doing what you can. Whenever the new server pops up, just level a new character on your free time. When this character reaches max level, switch over to the brand new server and never look back. I foresee this happening with the general population. These two servers are just too silly. I can't wait until I can just take it easy with my friends and guild members.

It's really a shame - he used to be a different sort of person. I had no problem going to bat for him coming into the server because of how he was for the decade or so I've known him - he did have that bad incident that was rumored on Vulak but I chalked that up as an outlying incident (or a false story).

Once this all ends (and as entropy dictates, everything does eventually end) - I can't imagine he'll look back on the memories fondly even though he might be caught up and "enjoying it" in the moment.

You're the worst at making arguments. Like Almar said you are emotionally compromised. You aren't here to speak facts you are here to hate. You've been given a wonderful log of everything Faceless has done to breach rotation admitted by their leader and officers. I don't know who the leader of POFX is, but in a rotation I've explained to you. When one guild is breaking the rules passiveness is not an option. The rules were very clear about what guilds can and can't do. When any guild sees one guild doing something they aren't supposed to do, especially when it affects the rotation as a whole (and don't say that this was just between FI and MM, Faceless involved every other guild in this from the start). Right now, the guild leaders have an opportunity to see what Faceless' actions against the rotation has caused and how to properly respond to it. That proper response hasn't come yet, though I'll give you a hint it begins with accepting Dima's offer and then doing things the right way. Not Faceless' way and no way else.
