    The classic costume would have been perfect if it had capsule belt. It's the belt that's mostly associated with the look.

    I do not see how Bruce Wayne gets a green ring..Green Lanterns are the very ideal of fearlessness...Batman feels fear..even has a villain who specifically attacks him with his own fears in the form of The Scarecrow.

    This..blue adds dimension clarity and detail..draw a glob of black ink on a drawing it looks just as it is..a glob of ink..not hair..a 3 dimensional cape..etc...
