Tactical Mod Rework Idea Improvements

    Yeah ik this a copy and paste kinda i decided to make some changes to this idea i decided to add a feat to this [Steel A Beginner] Upgrade a tactical mod to tier 5 25Point feat 2Stars and earn a title called Hardworker [Steel A Legend] Upgrade 9 tactical mods to tier 5 50Point feat earn a title called Man of Steel rework some tactical mods such as power efficiency 5% is ok but not enough plus its 2021 some stuff needs to change here's an example New Power Efficiency:Now uses(Tier System)
    Power Efficiency Tier1: Superpowers uses 5% less power. Passive @ Tier 1 Receive 2% power regen for 10 seconds, This effect only occur once every 20s

    Power Efficiency Tier2: Superpowers uses 10% less power. Passive @ Tier 2 Receive 4% power regen for 10 seconds, This effect only occur once every 20s

    Power Efficiency Tier3: Superpowers uses 15% less power. Passive @ Tier 3 Receive 6% power regen for 10 seconds, This effect only occur once every 20s

    Power Efficiency Tier4: Superpowers uses 20% less power. Passive @ Tier 4 Receive 8% power regen for 10 seconds, This effect only occur once every 20s

    Power Efficiency Tier5: Superpowers uses 25% less power. Passive @ Tier 5 Receive 10% power regen for 10 seconds, This effect only occur once every 20s

    Same thing goes for some other tactical mods such as accelerated back mods but only for ice and earth
    regenerative shield mod,supercharge perfect poise3,supercharge pheromone bloom3,quick healing,reserve tank for example the simple changes.

    Supercharge Perfect Poise instead of granting back 2.5% Supercharge when you activate Perfect Poise you'll receive 5% same thing for Pheromone Bloom Sc

    Quick Healing Reworked:
    Quick Healing Tier1: Gain 2% Healing bonus. Passive @ Tier 1 gain 2% health regen for 10 seconds,This effect only occur once every 20s

    Quick Healing Tier2: Gain 4% Healing bonus. Passive @ Tier 1 gain 4% health regen for 10 seconds,This effect only occur once every 20s
    Quick Healing Tier3: Gain 6% Healing bonus. Passive @ Tier 1 gain 6% health regen for 10 seconds,This effect only occur once every 20s
    Quick Healing Tier4: Gain 8% Healing bonus. Passive @ Tier 1 gain 8% health regen for 10 seconds,This effect only occur once every 20s

    Quick Healing Tier5: Gain 10% Healing bonus. Passive @ Tier 1 gain 10% health regen for 10 seconds,This effect only occur once every 20s
    Can also be updated with a pve system effect towards the mods effectiveness meaning it'll only work in pve related content to balance out the possibility of players abusing it in things such as duels are arenas also this mod should be a shoulder or waist mod

    Guardian Angel Reworked small change just decrease the cool down effect from 5 minutes to 2.5 minutes

    Tanks Toughness V:A new tactical mod idea increase dominance by an additional 10% without blocking
    Introducing waist mods:
    Reserve Tank could be 1st mod for it but with some changes such as a slight rename like Reserved Power with the same stats and effects it already has 2nd mod could be Extended Supercharge with same stats and effects it has as of rn

    Ikr doesn't take away from what they originally do but improves upon them plus feats tied to it as well i love this improvement tbh

    Would be cool, i would also add to a rework idea the tac mods that are completly useless if u dont use the powers they specifically effect. Ex is legs (i think). Theres only 3 options to pick from on that one and all 3 do nothing at all if u dont use one of those powers so the whole tac mod is worthless. Every tac mod should have some sort of benefit AND have functionality for every player i stead of attempting to force us into using specific powers.

    I'd rather have them rework elite affinities, most of the 6/8piece bonuses are useless.

    Same there's a lot of useless tact mods, that needs a rework. TBH but this is a good idea it improves, what we already have plus. Doesn't fully take away from what they originally, do but adds to it plus gives out feats &. Titles plus have high tiers to them making players want to grind for the higher tiers of them so they can really benefit, from every. Tact mod but i do think this is missing a lot of other tact mods as well & should be added or in a newer post to this or in comments plus would love to see every gear piece get a tact mod slot tbh.
