Dampeners don't stack. The healing from rage mode isn't affected by anything - each second you will get healed for the damage you were served during said second. Healing crits are hands down the most useless stat for a rage tank. Damage crits, on the other, significantly increase your damage-based self-healing (via Remorseless Recovery). Healing ticks from R.R. are capped at Resto+Dom. When I was soloing the first wave of adds in oan survival, way back when, spec-ing resto helped me, since i was constantly reaching the cap on remorseless. But that was a pretty particular scenario, coupled with a very aggressive play style. That being said though, most times you're better off not specing resto. Deathmike out.
