I posted it in the Shadow discussion thread. I was leaning more toward Penumbra. The shadow would work like N00B Saibot's shadow double or could envelop the user and be used as a shield/change shapes.

a)Elasticity-most attacks either bounce of the users body or they stretch enough to reduce the damage.The user can stretch, deform, expand, and contract their limbs, torso, and neck. Can assume a net, a ball, a spring, etc. The user’s bones and organs are gelatin-like, so physical harm can sometimes be ineffective (but user still feels pain .
1)GRAB-STRETCH your hands to grab your opponent ,can grab up to two people.(inflict crush)
2)Rapid fire-send out multiple fast punches in front of you or far away(crushed and encased enemies take on additional damage)
3)Inflate - turn into a ball and bounces over your enemies (crushed and rooted enemies take on additional damage)
4)Leg strike-stretch your leg and swing it across the board to knock enemies down(counter move)
5)sling shot-put arms on ground step back then shoot towards your target.(counter move)(crushed enemies take on additional damage)
6)Skyscapper- 50%supercharge turn into a giant skycrapper ,that pop enemies up and then u fall over on your enemies and break into a million pieces ,don't worry all your pieces will come back together and form you back on the screen
7)iron wall-tun into a wall that gain resistance against control effect and prevent incoming damage for a short time. (tank role- provide immunity to up to three teammates)
8/tornado punch -spin around punching everything in range(counter move)(crushed,burned and frostbitten enemies take on additional damage)
9)force jump- stand still stretch your body in the air (upper body move upwards and then fall back down with force)(crushed enemies take on additional damage)
10)hand inflation-Imbues you with bigger fists, increasing critical strike chance and precision (Tank Role : increase resistance to control effects by 10%)(inflict crush)
11)Elastic increase- grow to a mid size giganta this form your granted new weapon combos and powers (propeller arm,train punch, plastic kicks,belly shield, stomp)
12)Heavenly fist-50%supercharge -slingshot into air and fall back down striking the ground causing massive damage and earthquakes

b)Muscle control-The power in which one can exert great strength from their muscles. Users have incredible ability to defy weight limitations. Dense, lengthy, or overweight items are easy to move and simple to use in nearly any manner. Users can crush, lift, throw, or catch items of any weight. Some users could lift whole buildings or perhaps even a planet. Also able to Change muscle structure to increase damage output.
1)Force punch- you punch the air and the friction from your punch sends out air to knock you down(knock-down)(inflict daze)
2)chunks- (unusual pull)punch the ground with massive force causing chunks of ground to appear underneath your enemy. A chunk of ground emerges and pushes the enemy to you(visually a big earth shard come out the ground, pop enemies in the air and they land in front of you)(dazed and rooted enemies take on additional damage)
3)venom shots-throw venom into yourself making you immune for a short time frame (Tank Role : Throw venom at teammates providing immunity to control effects and remove control debuffs to you and up to three teammates and damages attacking enemies)
4)grounded-pick up your enemy and put them in the ground (counter move)(root enemy and inflict daze)
5)boulder-you literally rip out the ground and roll it together towards your enemy,as the boulder roll to the enemies it increase in size until it hits them(dazed and rooted enemies take on additional damage)
6)wave of force-1 big clap that sends out a wave of force(counter move)(rooted, levitated and spun enemies take on additional damage)
7)Adrenaline Rush-35%supercharge- pulsates wave from your body that knock enemies back while u use venom to heal, all damage while healing will be a 1, once done healing your damage will resume to normal
8/rampage-for 30 sec you can run around on the field with massive force coming off of your body and while using this power your able knock all enemies down.(dazed, rooted and spun enemies take on additional damage)
9)muscle overload-100%supercharge- in this form gain a new load out to handle your massive overload state, will be a brawler and in this form your movement is drastically decrease but you gain 400 precision and 200 might(counter move that have to be hit 1st to toggle this move or it will waste your supercharge)
10)area of force-slam the ground with your hand to cause the ground to do a tidal wave effect ,when u cast this move the area of force is down in a 360 that way u hit enemies at all sides(dazed, rooted, levitated and spun enemies take on additional damage)
11)massive boulder-you roll up to 3 boulder very quickly (right, middle and left) this move will hit multiple enemies and will keep rolling until they hit your enemy (inflict daze))(counter move)
12)venom inject-25%supercharge-(last move in tree not side supercharge)like bane move (tank applies +health, defense and have all adds focus on you)(dps applies + might and pre)(will not work with muscle overload)1st time increase by +25,(able to stay in this form)2nd time +50(able to stay in form), 3rd time +75 (last for 2min )4th +100 (last 1 minute)”

This power like Rock Lee & Gai. it would be awsome to see poeple using 8 gate..

I like all of your ideas but isn't this move a little OP? It's like your combining all of the elements together in one power. (Water,lightning,fire)

Besides that though everything is good. They are very detailed.

If you make a weather power set wouldnt it have other elements in it such as (water, electricity, wind,and maybe fire) ... I made a weather power to show it could be different an as u see i didnt copy any moves from previous in game power sets or mine to make a weather power... old forum i was ask to do it ,so i made it and thumbs up the ones you like ,,so i can see plus devs can see the popular one's
and whaT moves are op or are you saying the powerset in general op????????????????

6)Guardian of the heaven-50%SUPERCHARGE-Basically (like the giant statue in bohemia) you summon a giant golden guardian.
7) symbols manifestation- runes symbols surround you,(personal shield) shielding you from all types of damage for 20 sec (Damage Immunity) Damage Immunity Of This Power Will Last 20 Seconds Or Until 3000 Points Of Damage Are Absorbed.
8 )protection--summon a sprite that will give instant heals 3 groupmates + immunity for yourself(grants immunity + pet grant heals)
9)Smite-clap your hand forward releasing light energy(instant knock-back)
10)Blessing- blesses your allies with rapid heal regeneration. regenerate your health fast with every hit received up to 5 attacks (Feathers fall in a Ranged Area, Ranged Area Stun, Inflicts Damage Over Time) [Ranged, Multi Target/Area]
11) spectrum beam-Compress light particles into one giant beam that so powerful that it has the color of the rainbow (Rune effects Inflicts Damage Over Time) [Ranged, Single Target]
12) Judgement-white electricity zaps the ground within a circle from the sky,stunning all enemies close to you (Giant rune in the sky Ranged, Area Root, Ranged Area Stun, Inflicts Damage Over Time) [Ranged, Multi Target/Area) (Electrified enemies take additional damage or healer -electrified enemies heal nearby allias)

b)Divine-The ability to control or manipulate photons,objects, or concepts that have been deemed holy or sacred
1)cross bolt-Shoot a photon towards your enemy shaped as a cross (h-o-t)(inflict light damage)
2)Displacement Orb-Cast a spell that will drop Light Orbs from the sky to knock down and damage your enemies(healers every enemy hit grants small heal)
3)purification-three ancient books appear in front on you. these books attach themselves to enemies purifiying their loadout (basically remove your enemies loadout with a fancy move)
4) holy water-2 bottles are shown in your hand. You throw out the water in the shape of a X... Once this water hit its enemies, they will instantly panic due to instantly agony. Steam will come off them to display a melting or burning effect.(inflict aqua damage)
5)divine power- Drain energy from the sky to replenish yours and 7 group members health , damage and stun enemies
6) sacred ground-2 cyclones of sacred rocks come out the ground to deal damage(spinning rocks with light orbs in them)(inflict daze and causes spinning)
7)mystic FIRE-throw a white fire that look like a mist on the field. It will that grant medium heals in its area or damage depending on your role(inflict burned damage)
8 ) photon slam-create a wide circular sphere of energy in the air that can slam down to the ground pushing all enemies away (knock-back enemies)
9) Pillars of heaven- 3 pillars come out the sky with crosses engraved in them and anyone between these pillars will burn by a mystic flame (in a triangle form)(healer- grant medium heals)(burned enemies take additional damage)
10)Light revival-50%SUPERCHARGE-will cast a light aura on everyone if you die with these aura you will instantly revive with full health with a additional 10% increase damage output and defense(aura last for 5 min)
11)Health drain-50%SUPERCHARGE-Levitate in the air and drain 20% of all your enemies health ,Instantly restoring Health and Power to you and your allies while protected against control effects
12) Dagger storm- Daggers fall from the heaven to damage enemies , will paralyze them for a long time(dazed enemies take additional damage)( ... healer -daggers grant massive heals/ dps- daggers fall and deal damage”

I would play this game 7 hours a day if they released this as a powerset.

I don't care what others think but WATER powers!!! It you find it lame that's your opinion but please don't curse of water powers. It has the potential to become a future powerset.

Anyways on topic: Maybe DLC 8 will not offer new powers but DLC might have it. My guess is it could be Necromancy-Death but who knows.

im, lost are you saying you like my water powers if so go thumbs up it ????????????? and you know the topic is about future powers and im pretty sure dlc8 and 9 will have a new power, healer then tank ,,, sense thats the past rotation 3month wait for healing power dlc8 and months for tank dlc9

4) aqua dome– cast a bubble shape dome on the ground that trap multiple enemies and cause them to drown (large dome encasement, damage-over-time , crushed enemies take additional damage)
5) Aquatic shield--create a manta shaped shield of water around you and up to 8 people that constantly heal and shoot out water every time its hit
6) shark missiles-shoot out three shark that will follow its enemy until it hits dealing additional damage to enemies at 35% health or below
7) piranha- causes damage over time to the target and others in the area(mutil-target ,poisoned enemies take additional damage)(basically like light chompers)
8 )Sting ray-create a giant sting ray that strikes the ground with multiple bolts of electricity (Electrified enemies take additional damage)
9) Poseidon trident-35%SUPERCHARGE-summon Poseidon golden trident and gain a new loadout (water pilliars, trident vortex-hold trident towards enemies and shoot a vortex of water, create a water pet ,trident arrow-throw trident pull back with water whip, hydra breath-blow over trident producing a waterous flame, hydroplane-slide on water toward enemy to knock back with trident. cleanse-grants instant heals(healer or dps) instant buff (this form last for 2 minutes)
10) kraken-100%SUPERCHARGE-Summon a Huge body of water on the ground. The kraken emerges out the water delivering devastating attacks with it tentacles that stuns enemies.(aquafied and dazed enemies take on additional damage)
11) Water dragons-create a powerful dragon. Two dragons spiral around you. 1 dragon head hovers above your right shoulder shooting out a beam of water while on you left side the other dragon shoot out a beam of flames.(burned and aquafied enemies take additional damage)
12) Atlantean amour-this waterous amour protects three group members with the lowest health percentage increasing critical healing intake (healer-whom ever wears this armour gain increased heals by 10% from any healer within the group)
(dps- armour only surrounds you. Adds +125 Precision, +8% Critical Attack chance, and increase your healing intake by 5%)

Hydrokinesis: This tree introduce water pressure(increase the size or length or your move) Almost all forms of Water Manipulation involve moving and shaping a body of water to the user's desire: lifting, parting or otherwise manipulating its form and/or density.
1) bubble beam-shoot out multiply bubbles toward a enemy (h-o-t,inflict aqua damage)
2) black rain-create a cloud that pours down heavy black rain that root all enemies to the ground.(healer-rain will heal-over-time and do 50% less damage) (aquafied enemies take additional damage)(root enemies)
3) Toxic wave-Summon one small (purple)wave in a straight line that deal damage and pushes all enemies back (inflicts poison)(knock-back)
4) Thermal bubble-Strikes an enemy with thermal bubbles that can stream to and damage more enemies or jump to and heal allies
(inflict burning)

water pressure x unlimited -create additional bubbles by pressing the range button to deal more damage

5) Whirlpool-summon a whirlpool that's pull targets toward the center spinning them across the board.

(Area Stun, aquafied enemies take additional damage)

water pressure x4(press ranged button to increase the area of the whirlpool. 1st small as soul well, 2nd medium, 3rd big as circle of protection)

6) Hydro pump-25%SUPERCHARGE-lightly float off the ground and shoot out a high pressure beam of water . Your able to move this constant beam of water across the field to hit multiply enemies.(knock-down)

7) Rehydrate-50%SUPERCHARGE- water circulate around your making you immune while you stream water towards your alias restoring all power and health
8 ) typhoon strike-engulf yourself in water & spiral towards your enemies(you jump then spiral towards the direction you choose)(aquafied enemies take additional damage)
9) Bubble crush- 2 giant bubbles of water encase enemies and drown them, these bubbles slighting float off the ground(small bubble encasement, damage-over-time, inflict crush damage)
10) Heal wave- heal the three most fatigued group members giving 70+resto and 70+might
11) Tsunamis -summon multiple tidal waves to sweep your enemies away, the more enemies you hit the more
(healers-heals you give) or (dps -deal more damage) (aquafied enemies take additional damage)

water pressure x4-press ranged button to create additional waves by swinging your weapon each additional wave is bigger than the last one

12)geyser -Create a vortex of water that shoot from the ground hitting up to eight enemies (put hands on the ground & geysers spring up hitting enemies on the field (inflict aqua damage)(healers instant big heal)”

I love the idea The first healer that could help with PIs for other powers sounds awesome +1 for that and another for the idea of the mobile SC (or semi-mobile? idk how i see it yet) I just love how it has something new in every power instead of taking two powers and mixing it (Sorcery+Nature=Electricity but i still love electricity lol) but anyways overall I hope the devs decide to actually do this (or 95% of it) because i'm pretty sure everyone would love it.

Man I would love to see that Chi and Dark power in effect. Chi would definitly be healer and Dark Power could be troll or healer. Nice work.
