Does... anyone know how to de-crystalize honey? Have a plastic bottle of formerly liquid honey for a sore throat and the honey has started to crystalize, it still works (if a little 'crunchy') butt it would be easier if it was liquid again

Boil water in a pot. Remove the pot from heat. Place your jar of honey in the pot. The heat will uncrystalize it. Try to never store honey in a cold place.

Very warm water should be safe for the plastic. Honey doesn't really expire. It can ferment (which really only affects the quality) but that's dependent on many variables. Honey is one of those rare kitchen ingredients that can sit in your cupboard forever.

Honey can actually last for hundreds (and thousands) of years
Will probably just scrape out the honey into a bowl and softening it that way

If you have a mason jar, I would store it in that.
