Good point, I had not thought of that when posted, but that still is well overcompensated by 580+ certs from kills and ribbons, and that's without counting XP bonuses, headshot kills, streaks, assists, etc. Compensator to make a gun with 0.22 vertical recoil usable? Lolwut? SPA isn't a performance changer either. It's nice to have, but it's not something easily noticed. So more like 130 certs initial investment.
This might be necro-ing, but it answers some questions I had about NS-11A attachments. Generally don't use NS weapons but am curious to see what the hype is all about. P.S. Iridar, just noticed you're on Cobalt too, yet I don't ever recall meeting you in my travels! Are you still active on TR?
