[BUG] Patch 2 = Huge FPS drop

So the hot fix is getting implemented right now, but it bothers me how they don't state what will be fixed with it. Come on SOE don't screw this up, you've got tons of threads about poor performance on here, listen to your fans and people who are paying to play. Repair this s h i t
