[BUG] NS-11a Platinum Not Account Wide

Have to Agree with Fox on this.. It should count as a multi character unlock. based on the fact that the customer paid 25 bucks for the card (which we all know they are doing it to get the gun I know I did) I know at least one person in my outfit that does have it on his TR and VS character.

I would like it to pass over because and I will admit.. I want it to.. but also I want it to out of the respect to those who shelled out $25. to get it instead of forcing them to pay 3x or more to get it unlocked for multiple accounts.
