Nobody SPOTS Any More ?

There's really no reason for an Infiltrator to use spot as it is.
The range is only 100 meters for friendlies to hear you, and usually you're farther away than that.
Second, it immediately alerts any near-by unseen enemies to your presence. You've already got the cloak sound to do that and spotting enemies will only add to your troubles.
Just skip it, unless it's a light assault flying near a vehicle.
