What I basically mean, is that these dome shields may help fix the problems of those on the ground (though personally believe they could just plan ahead...I digress), all they REALLY do is trade the problems that ground units have and give them to the air units. All in all, I believe there is a more viable answer that will be a bit more beneficial to both parties than screwing one over. I will say this, I unfortunately don't have any ideas what would work better, all I can say is that the dome shields don't solve the problem correctly.
