Nothing happened, they are just unused models in the gamefiles. And some of the weapons you posted are just VanuLabs or Shaql playing around.
Looking at all this amazing stuff that will probably never happen is so depressing. I mean if DBG can pull it off then I would be happy, but I'm not getting my hopes up at this point.
Recent PTS update. The rifles are called weapon_tr_skins_lmg001_trCommando_LOD0 and weapon_tr_skins_lmg010_trCommando_LOD0.
I dont know NS **** all they get for feedback is "Give us more ES ****" when they give us ES **** they get millions of threads on which one is slightly better than the others being completely overpowered.
Clearly both parties are to blame. DBG needs to balance things better and the community needs to cry less. Down with lazy, uninspired NS garbage.
I dont know the last batch of ES weapons seem pretty balanced after the first new shiny week but because of the it killed me theres still thread after thread of Nerf because OP.
I don't care how balanced NS stuff is, I don't think anyone should. It's supposed to be a game about 3 diverse factions fighting and they keep giving us identical gear.

Those new MAX helmets are all live now, a Juggernaut-esq version for each faction. TR and NC work best with Ogre Armor, but the VS should be used with regular Composite armor. Makes you look like Pyramid Head.
I think those crystals now (for ANTs) are going to be large and orange, from what I saw on some newer videos.
