Velidar -- Frostfang sea is not an instance. It is a zone... You can find it on the world map... New Halas is the same area
Thank you Ubay for that great explanation! It was a figure of speech. I was referring to finding the event "person" representing the objectives posted here.
I use a zone emote stating where I can be found, then a chat call stating the zone and where I can be found within the zone.
