Just a heads up DBG. I contacted Eye Cog's owner and showed him this and he was rather surprised and seems to have no idea that DBG was using this logo. I believe he lives in Poland so it may take a while but I wouldn't be surprised if your company gets contacted pretty soon by his lawyer. EDIT: I don't know if one of your own in-house artists came up with this logo or you contracted an Industrial Design firm, but you really should have a little chat with them about professional ethics and plagiarism in corporate identity. Then again, when I was in college for Industrial Design, one of my own instructors stole some designs from a friend of mine so I guess it's prevalent in the industry, sad to say.
