Running a farm is hard work. There's never enough time in the day to get all of the chores done -- not without a helping hand, anyway. One particular Antonican farmer is seeking a bit of help on Wednesday, July 23rd, around 7 pm PDT. Oh! She'll be holding a baking contest in East Freeport this morning, in hopes of finding some impressive inspiration from you! Saturday, August 16th at 2:30 pm - Speaking of contests, one of the famous Irongutt brewers will be holding an ale tasting of his own in East Freeport. Keep your ears open for the ruckus. *grins* Saturday, August 16th at 8:30 pm - A disgruntled necromancer finds himself bucking the system, but unable to carry out his plans alone. Interested assistants should seek him in North Freeport in the evening hours. Sunday, August 17th at 11 am - Since the Overlord isn't too keen on allowing Qeynosians into his city, Jumjummie the halfling baker will be holding a second baking contest in Qeynos Harbor for those unable to make the previous contest. Sunday, August 17th at 2:30 pm - Being a fair-minded dwarf, Haldun Irongutt will also be journeying to Qeynos Harbor to hold a second drinking contest. And, as per usual, you'd be hard-pressed to miss this bellowing chap! Monday, August 18th at 1 pm - Alders, The Riddlemaster, will be holding a contest of wits! Listen for his challenge, then head out to the frozen city of New Halas to see if his tricksy riddles will confound and perplex you!

I recently heard from the friend of a friend (who usually has the best gossip!) that there will be a troll traveling through Darklight Wood with her pets on Wednesday, September 3rd. If you happen to be in the area around 6 pm PDT, it's rumored that she might need a hand with the little ones while she deals with her business in Neriak. Hrm... I wonder what sort of creatures a troll might keep as a pet?

Someone's companion is being a stubborn little cuss this evening, causing a short delay. Nitherlee will be along very soon! Sorry for the late notice. Update -- Aw, bummer! That silly pig of his took a big old bite out of Nitherlee's britches, and he just couldn't get them patched properly. He said that he'll see what he can do about whipping up a new pair (and training his pig to be a bit more discerning as to what he eats.) He's planning to make his voyage to the Fens of Nathsar this Friday, September 19th at 7:30 pm PDT instead.
