"Destiny of Velious" Release Date Change!

I have no idea if this is the right place to ask ... But ..
How long after the release of the new expansion will the digi version be available for purchase via station cash, as Sentinel's Fate is now?

I have exactly the same question. I didn't get in on the pre-order...but guess I cannot get the digital download til...when? Wish someone would answer
