That is what I call interstellar game lag.

They probably laid off all the people in the "Other Departments".

My question (and folks have probably asked this eight->nine+ pages ago, but still...): why not just go back to the original method? Don't they have the program bits/software/personnel/whatever it might take to "restore to default"? :-/

who, after hearing many a horror story about "behind the scenes" at SOE, still can't understand why no one could take five whole minutes at the end of a work day to DOCUMENT what had been done for the past eight+ hours before (since proper documentation leads to things not going irretrievably missing)... X-P

That was a real image, so something is in the works. It appears on beta from time to time, they seem to remove it when there is an active beta going on (GU109 atm). Caught another picture of it:

It's been over a year, yes I'm the original poster - Jan 2018. It's always been no ETA but we are working on it. I can see why it would be hard with all the recent reliance on account flags. I wish I knew in Jan 2018, this feature would still be unavailable. I guess I will check back in 2020.

Might want to check back after Saturday's update & intro of the new servers.

Currently, there is no beta.

Just because they created the interface, does not mean anything in regards to all the work that needs to be done on the back end. Just that it's "in the works". Yes it's long overdue, but at the same time this is something that needs serious attention and checking. Last thing you want to do is xfer a toon to a different account and have it disappear forever. I can picture it now... my 110 Illusionist appearing in DCUO somehow...
