    Magician self only level 97 modrod spell only has 1 charge when summoned, not 3 like it's supposed to.

    Auras, (not just enc) are dropping really fast, having to recast much more frequently.

    Not getting a "worn off" message with sedative stare at times, it's totally random, also not always holding the full time

    A bone crafter in the grounds was casting baffle 54 sec mes. I'm not sure if these mobs normally cast this spell or if the resist are out of whack, have never seen this spell land before.

    Seems that most mobs are still running at 20%, which means I'm having to beat down fleeing mobs from 20-10% before FB will trigger.

    Is there a way to make FB trigger on fleeing mobs between 10% and 20%?
