ONE account, ONE character at a time, SUSPENDED????

I have finally received a response back, and it was the same as this thread. A violation of the TrueBox ruleset.

I do not run any VPN software while the game is running. I do have Hyper-V installed (need it for work) but no Virtual Server is active while I play.

We shall see if they respond back at all. I hope so. I see (and have reported) actual cheating in game so it would be ironic that I am suspended after doing nothing wrong.

Just looked at the truebox TOS and I find no mention of use of VPN being a bannable offense. This is the tos that they show you when you create a character on Aradune.

If it is a reason to ban, then they should add that to the tos. Its only right.
