Personally, I have 2 keys I use; one for 20-30+ second refresh discs, clickies, and such that I use a social for (Synergy, Torrent of Fists, etc.), and my short refresh spam key which I have a combination of multibind and social for things like Stunning Kick, Vigorous Shurinken, ect. This way you can trigger things like Synergy when you want and always be sure that your kicks are getting the bonuses, that is less of a problem at max level though with proper AA choices.. Also, if you use more than one hotbar and have skills at the same number then they will go off at the same time.
