   Not a bug, just a friendly reminder to fellow adventurers: Low hp mobs can poof on damage shields, giving no kill credit and leaving no loot. Be sure to hit everything ferreal once.

   Pretty obvious what happened here. They set mob drops based upon the uninstanced zones population. Then some Dev went through and took out all the unnecessary npc for the quest. But didn't go back and up the drop rate for quest items.
