<Charge the Lair> is a raiding/family guild on Agnarr. We're the folks that are committed to the life of the server and are planning on sticking around for a long time! If you're: a new player to the server, returning from a break, or just looking for a new home, we're the best place to go! Official DKP Raids: Tuesday & Sunday starting at 5pm PST. We start invites at 4:45pm PST and get going as soon as there's enough folks in raid to kill things, but DKP ticks start at 5pm! What do we raid: Plane of Time on Sunday (we clear all of Time in less than 2 hours). LDON on Tuesdays, we typically clear 5-6 LDONs on a given raid night. Off night/fun raiding: Are you not excited about raiding Time/LDON constantly forever? Neither are we! We run Vex Thal raids every Friday, every 3-4 months we do a full planar progression run to ensure that new players, alts, and boxes can get flagged, and Thursdays we do official off night raids which are typically: extra LDONs, elemental planes, or other fun targets. Want to gear up more characters?: We do, too! Every few weeks we run POTIME raids for alt characters. This way, you can gear up your alts with Time loot, and it makes POTIME a more fun challenge (killing it with fewer and undergeared characters brings back an element of danger!) Loot System: We use a silent bid DKP system. We also allow players to earn DKP on box characters (after some vetting process). We realize that most players box and we want to ensure that our whole raid force is properly geared. If you're a contributing box, you'll earn and be able to spend. Our DKP is also updated live during raids, so you always know how much you can spend. Other Info: We use discord for communication and announcements. Forums are pretty outdated, so all communication happens through our Discord. We require you to be in the voice channel during raids, although talking is totally optional, as long as you're able to listen! Who do we want: We believe in the term "serious casual." We're not super hardcore, but we also stress the importance of playing right and performing well on raids. We want people who are curious about the game, strive to improve, and contribute to the overall success of the guild! New player?: That's totally fine. Not only will we help you level, but we will also help you learn. We have an entire discord channel filled with useful tools and tips for playing every class. Raiding strategies, itemization, how-to guides, and more. We have many experienced players who are happy to share their knowledge. What are our openings: High Priority Classes: Everything! We're looking for more folks who are serious-casual! What does that mean? You're laid back, but want to raid and experience the content on a consistent basis. Hi there I am just coming back to the game and hoping to join a good guild on this server. just started to download it. I usually play a monk char, that my best class. but can play all but a cleric. hoping to see u all in game soon
Xeris, will you guys be staying on Agnarr or is there a chance you might move to one of the new TLP's?
At the moment, we're planning on staying on Agnarr. Personally, Mangler MIGHT interest me depending on what adjustments they make to the rule set. I'd say the chance we stay on Agnarr is about 75-80% right now.

BUMP!! We're still going strong on Agnarr! We raid twice per week, are clearing potime and ldons every week... We have a nice group of leveling characters, plus veterans, and will be running an old content progression schedule after the holidays where we'll go through Luclin, PoP, etc all the way through potime. So if you're new to the server and haven't done progression yet, now's a great time to get involved!
