I REALLY want the GL banner/ emblem for my base. Anyone know how to get it?

Also not a fan that the stone power battery is so large.

Agreed, and there are some new base items that are equally large and clearly not meant for player bases. Yes, some of them say "large" but there are many other base items that say "large" that easily fit in bases. These items' descriptions should say that they're designed for halls not bases.

Would have loved to see the different color lanterns on a pedestal for our bases.

Those look to be Elemental Android. PVP, can't remember the tier, but they also drop from prom boxes IIRC.
