Honestly, not the batarang near his head, but the portion to the left sticking out of his hand. Maybe it's the gangster pose, but at a glance, the battarang just blends into the background, except for that portion that sticks out of his hand that definitely looks like he's smoking something to me. I'm not saying it is necessarily a cigarette.
