    I would too. But the reason is because such an incredibly low probability that the people are actually competent enough to do it. There is a massive difference between playing with a bunch of people who are actually smart and playing with a bunch of people who only think they are smart.

    This is my order of preference:

    People who are smart >>>>> People who follow instructions >>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>People who think they are smart
