well i have had similar issues as you but no where near as bad and im on EU on ps4, ive been having issues since update 39 with matching me up in raids, yesterday i played from 4pm till 3am and managed to do four 8 player raids - keeping in mind i was already grouped with 2 other players so it only needed to match us with 5. now that maybe an issue with low amount of players logged in, however i doubt it as the sever is all but full
