Voice Chat stopped working...Help!!

all the same!formatted the disc! reinstalled Windows!
downloaded a new client game! wrote an application for the issue!
in the game client it is blocked from the SERVER!
only those who have an old client has voice chat!when reinstalling the server settings are not updated
until they fix it, everything we do is useless.
