As the VAG Commander, I would also like to know how our future candidates feel about balance issues such as population and esf/esrl's, after all if we don't get along from the start you probably weren't going to be a tight fit for the VAG
No to be a downer here, but if your looking for the best ESF pilots on the VS. Shouldn't your recruitment message be a bit more proffesional and imply you have something to offer them when they join? Just a thought.
I don't see any point. Lol. You don't list any content or goal of what your outfit actually does, or wants to do. You basically wrote "VAG Recruiting 18+ years old age players, we are looking for the best ESF pilots." So i'm assuming your a ESF Outfit, looking for the best pilots you can, but not telling anyone what to expect when joining or what you offer them.
