Urgent and time sensitive Alpha Squad request.

    Well i got owned in the face

    Sent a ticket asking about this five days ago and only got a response about it now:
    "Unfortunately there is no way for us to remove the Alpha Squad boost and then re apply it when it has been destroyed."

    Well see, here is the weird thing... Smed or someone said that the Alpha boost was going to be account level. Meaning that you did not have to fill that boost slot up. But yet.. here we are.

    Just bought a 7 day boost and discovered this problem. This is ridiculous. Smed said alpha squad would be account wide and it looks like SOE CS stated repeatedly it would be fixed back in late November and yet here we are...

    id like to see where you saw that - i diddnt purchase alpha squad because i had read that it uses the boost slot
    maybe you are thinking of membership/subscription which smed said would be account based
    2:29:20 on this video


    it was also said much earlier than this but im having trouble finding it
