I introduced A NEW BAR CALLED SHIELD POWER. This is drained by only outposts control.
If is 100%-60% the facilities is locked
is is 59%-1% the facilities is unlockedis is 0 % the facility is captured by enemiesThis bar is drained very low

MACRO LATTICE SUGGESTRION, make a new planetside revamp:

-Remove all lattice link and make a MACRO LATTICE only between big facility
-Regroup the 3 adjacent ouposts into single territory (the territory of facility): these outposts are specials
-To win the macro lattice you have to capture the next enemy facility, before the enemies capture yours

-All little/big outposts outside the facilities are capturable without any adjacency or lattice rules. They are always capturable. They have 5 minutes capture timer for little outposts and 15 minutes capture timer for big outposts.
Capture these outposts are not needful, but give you a good respawn point for the map. The capture time is increase respect the actual game.

CORE OF EXPLAINATION OF MACRO LATTICE:
-A macro lattice is a link between 2 big facilities-Every big facilities has 3 little outposts and (of course) the facility structure
-To capture a big facility you have to had a previous facility in your own (yellow link),also if is under attack (NEW RULE respect actual game)
-Each facilities has an SCU that is protected by internal control points (or scu shield generator); the internal control points control the facility: 15 minutes is the time of capture,so if the enemies control these for 15 minutes you lose the facilities (actual planetside gameplay)

A new rule is that these control points are controlled by the 3 internal outposts. There is a specific green bar that explain the situation; if the enemy control the majority of internal little outposts, the green bar will drain down (if the defenders have the majority of course the green bar will drain up =D).
If this bar is over 60% the internal control points are LOCKED, so the facility is secured with no problems for defenders.
If is 1-59% the internal control points are unlocked, so the facility can be captured.

The internal outposts can be captured by the a single control point: 2 minutes time for enemies, and only 15 seconds for defenders. (so the defender can switch the situation very quickly)If the green bar becomes zero% the facility will be lost.
    _______________________________________________________________________________
-So there are 2 ways to capture a facility: capturing the control points or capturing the little outpost that drain down the green bar-This system will protect the facility with control points AND internal little outposts.

    CONTINENT LOCKING:
Having a big facility will drain up a CONTINENT LOCKING BAR, if it will becomes 100% the continent becomes yours

-Why this system will works well and will be fun?:
Becose is an ibryd of little lattice system and hex system.
PRO lattice: no confusion and no gost capping
CONTRO lattice: there is a little area to combact
PRO hex: big area to combact
CONTRO hex: confusion and gost capping

PRO macro-lattice: big area to combact, no confusion, attacking a facility is hard; battle on defense and attacking in the same time; tactical little outposts outside the macro lattice.

I suggest more continents for this system, at least 2 more.

IMHO, problem arise when enemy players don't have a common objective. They end up avoiding each other or one end up farming the other.

Multiple outposts with 40 second capture time are impossible to defend. You just have to fly a gal, drop 1 guy over each point, and in a minute, you have captured all outposts around a facility... A single squad could enable/disable capture in a minute, whenever it want. How do you want to defend your outpost against that ? Sitting on the point in a captured base isn't fun.
