Spawn locations - patch changed?

Join a squad/platoon??

It is a little annoying not to be able to redeploy where i want to go. Luckily squad deploy is usually up and the leader has taken a reaver to the next location and also dropped a spawn beacon. Otherwise i find myself using ATV and Reaver taxi a helluva lot more.

More options was nice as you could try to head off the enemy a hex or 2 in front of them, setting up a defense quickly versus following the zerg/fighting the zerg.

I often do, however pug squads/platoons for the TR on Mattherson are a complete joke. The number of times some twit is yelling at people in chat to get us to go stop a platoon from capping some useless base, while ignoring the single squad capping our tech plant has driven me to sheer rage.
