    Facility: 1000xp

    Modifiers: Exempted for hexes adjacent to your faction warp gate, or bordering hexes with Platoon or Platoons detected.

    PC killed while on 0-5 kill streak: (Base)

    Assists awarded for healing targets who kill another target, value at (Base x 0.3 / number of concurrent healers)
    100xp per Resurrection accepted, 25xp for Resurrection not accepted by target and body removed from battlefield.
    150xp for Squad leader Resurrection, 25xp for Resurrection not accepted by target and body removed from battlefield.
    200xp for Platoon leader Resurrection, 25xp for Resurrection not accepted by target and body removed from battlefield.
    Resurrections have diminished returns of 10% per resurrection in a rolling 5 minute window, reset by spawn usage.

    Repair actions:

    10xp per Ammo resupply (xp is only awarded to a PC with recent (2 minutes) enemy interaction)
    Assists awarded for repairing targets who kill another target, value at (Base x 0.3 / number of concurrent repairers)
    Repair: 7xp per tick, 15xp for 2 ticks if target in the red (critical repair) Repair of own vehicle/aircraft (Base x 0.6)
    Max repair: 10xp per tick, 20xp for 2 ticks if target in the red (critical repair)
    Objectives: 15xp per tick, 25xp to bring Objective online.

    Additional needs

    Leadership XP to be used for unlocks of a grand strategic scale

    Where are the bonus XP streams for the regular infantry? Medics and Engies ALREADY make more XP than the grunt fighters do.

    Good point. However what support tools do Heavies/Lights bring to the field? Maybe bonus XP (assists) can be awarded for kills to enemies effective by Flashbang / Concussion grenade. Otherwise grouped XP would apply, along with existing kill streak rewards, group kill awards and other direct action rewards.
