It's not sniping being broken per se, it's the game's performance, I get that stupid fps drop if I use a 12x scope but not the 10x one. But I'm lost on the dart and hacking bugs? What are they?

Today i got killed by an TR cloacked wraith/flash that was shooting without getting uncloacked....So why do you people only notice the "bad" bugs ? I wonder
