Refund everyone who bought an AA launcher

I'm sure we'll see all of these things at some point. At a nice price, of course, but that's fine.

For now though, all we want or need is a refund of certs or SC for all those poor saps who spent lots of certs or SC on something that got useful functionality removed for no good reason within 2 weeks of the game launching. And that after they had worked with dumb fire through 3 months of beta.
