Reaver Nerfed/Mossie & Scythe Buffed

Nobody in their right mind uses Light PPA or M14 Banshee. These changes will have no net effect on the game at all.

However Air Hammer nerf will have effect. I will say it is unfortunate, but then VS and TR has no equivalent weapon. If they did, I'd be in favor of keeping AH unnerfed.

Also, the best Reaver pilots I seen use rotary, not AH. It won't effect the best pilots. The negative impact from this nerf is that it slightly reduces game variety, by making AH less desirable.

lol I guess you don't snipe much. Hitting targets that are standing still have no correlation to dogfighting with the vortek rotary. Sniping moving targets while accounting for elevation and drop and receiving return fire at the same time, on the other hand, does. The alignment of the rotary is no reason not to use it over the AH, especially now.
