We're trying to get a new outfit started here. Outfit chat is broken for the whole outfit. So... it's unhelpful. Broken full time for everyone that I know of.
I've been having this problem on my nso on emerald for 8 months now. Also have intermittent problems on all my other characters for text chat and support just says to post about it here.
