Infiltrators are completely invisible while moving.

Then you would have loved BF2142...the developers sure did.

Detail manage your settings. If you have a low end system, you obviously don't want to crank up all textures and meshes to medium settings.

Bump upp the "effects quality" setting to high and you should see the cloak a bit better if I remember correctly. It probably shouldn't have too big on your system, except perhaps when someone uses a heavy graphical effect such as smoke.

...and I have never had an issue with invisible infiltrators. I get killed by them sometimes, but I don't see how it's a big deal.

It's their thing. Like Heavies shield or medic's group heal. Heck, now we even have a hard counter to it that we can slap on our pistol!
