[Suggestion] HA Re-evaluation

    Agreed. Too bad the devs think a low RoF high skill weapon needs a high TTK as well. :(

    We wouldn't have anything left, if these forums were used to 'balance' the game.

    In terms of the OP, yup.

    But this is why instead of trying to divide the HA by limiting the options further we should be looking at expanding the options. Have AI Launchers and AV rifles, give the players an option to specialize their Jack Of All Trades HA, increasing effectiveness in one way while decreasing effectiveness in another.

    An increase in effectiveness by decreasing moment by moment flexibility provides that choice to the player and adds to tactics and overall strategy.
